A top Fortune 50 financial client headquartered in Virginia is currently seeking a Product Manager to help lead the vision and roadmap for their customer experiences in Membership and Deposit Products. This is a high-impact role requiring a data-savvy, strategic thinker to help shape long-term product direction and deliver exceptional value to members.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday To Friday
- Hours: Standard business
- Setting: 2 to 3 days onsite
Responsibilities:
- Defining and driving product strategies, roadmaps, and feature initiatives based on customer insights and business goals
- Leading cross-functional efforts throughout the product lifecycle, including ideation, prototyping, validation, and delivery
- Partnering with Analysts and Marketing to align product features with data insights and member engagement strategies
- Prioritizing and refining product backlog items to align with strategic outcomes
- Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify future product opportunities
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with Agile methodologies and working in iterative delivery environments
- Familiarity with Product Lifecycle processes from concept to deployment
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to break down complex problems
Desired Skills:
- Master’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
- Experience in the Financial Services and/or Banking industry
- Solid understanding of technical process flows and member experience optimization
- Passion for continuous improvement and customer-centered design
