A top Fortune 50 financial client headquartered in Virginia is currently seeking a Product Manager to help lead the vision and roadmap for their customer experiences in Membership and Deposit Products. This is a high-impact role requiring a data-savvy, strategic thinker to help shape long-term product direction and deliver exceptional value to members.

About the Opportunity:

  • Schedule: Monday To Friday
  • Hours: Standard business
  • Setting: 2 to 3 days onsite

Responsibilities:

  • Defining and driving product strategies, roadmaps, and feature initiatives based on customer insights and business goals
  • Leading cross-functional efforts throughout the product lifecycle, including ideation, prototyping, validation, and delivery
  • Partnering with Analysts and Marketing to align product features with data insights and member engagement strategies
  • Prioritizing and refining product backlog items to align with strategic outcomes
  • Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify future product opportunities

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and working in iterative delivery environments
  • Familiarity with Product Lifecycle processes from concept to deployment
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to break down complex problems

Desired Skills:

  • Master’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
  • Experience in the Financial Services and/or Banking industry
  • Solid understanding of technical process flows and member experience optimization
  • Passion for continuous improvement and customer-centered design
