A leading technology firm near NYC or LA is currently seeking a Project Owner to join their dynamic team. This role will support the development of a promo optimization platform, enhancing promotional strategy and execution. **About the Opportunity:** - **Remote Role:** Flexible remote work with office visits as needed near NYC or LA. - **Contract:** 6-month initial contract with potential extensions. - **Travel:** Covered if required. **Responsibilities:** The **Project Owner** will be responsible for: - Managing the end-to-end life cycle of the promo optimization product. - Translating business requirements into detailed user stories for Jira. - Leading product grooming sessions and working closely with engineering. - Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize product features. - Utilizing data insights to optimize promo placements. **Qualifications:** - 4+ years of experience in the technology or media industry. - Bachelor’s degree in Software Development, Product Management, or equivalent experience. - Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). - Strong technical, quantitative, and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **Desired Skills:** - 3+ years of product management experience in media. - Direct client engagement experience. - Proficiency in Agile methodology and Jira. - Strong collaboration and problem-solving abilities. - Experience with media performance metrics and data management tools preferred.
