We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to spearhead the development and execution of our strategic auto remarketing work within the Salesforce desktop. With a focus on internal and external customers (users), this role is crucial to initially decommission archaic systems/applications used today to then streamline the physical and digital remarketing process to a next gen experience. The ideal candidate will prioritize customer experience and efficiency gains above all else.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and launch of 3 rd party remarketing process end-to-end within Salesforce
- Ensure optimal customer experiences across various personas.
- Gather, document, and refine business requirements, system specifications, analytics needs, and support orchestration of user acceptance testing.
- Prioritize feature and story backlogs to optimize value for both customers and the business, forming a strategic roadmap.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and development partners to ensure the success of 3 rd party remarketing processing.
- Support the Product Director in leading an Dealer Relationship Management Application Strategy, focused on optimizing the Salesforce product to support processes and procedures for remarketing activities.
- Measure and understand product performance, championing the Voice of the Customer.
- Maintain expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities to support driving and influencing our strategic direction.
- Write and maintain detailed requirements, defining customer experiences and remarketing processes to identify necessary system and process enhancements.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with business partners and cross-functional teams to address competitive differentiators, usability, sales and service needs, risk mitigation, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Lead agile scrum teams, collaborating with scrum masters, APOs, QA testers, developers, and UX designers to complete sprints and deliver feature enhancements.
- Coordinate integrated roadmaps with other product owners to deliver capabilities and facilitate enhancement releases supporting business strategies, including beta testing.
- Leverage data, conduct benchmarking, and stay informed on industry trends to drive insights and determine next best actions/enhancements for the 3 rd party remarketing process and/or Salesforce as a product.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner.
- 2+ years of experience in coaching and/or managing team members.
- 1+ years of experience working in an Auto line of business within financial services
- Experience as a Digital Product Owner in financial services or auto servicing preferred.
- Proven product leadership experience at strategic and tactical levels, supporting business units in developing and executing product strategies.
- Ability to leverage data to drive product enhancements and respond to feedback.
- Experience collaborating with design and content teams to meet product objectives.
- Proven ability to drive change and consensus across organizations, comfortable leading through influence.
- Experience in agile/scrum product development lifecycle and Jira (or similar systems) required.
- Highly effective communicator, capable of presenting to senior executives and business partners.
- Well-organized and thorough approach, able to balance multiple requests and competing priorities.
- Highly adaptable, experienced in dynamic, fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
