Responsibilities:
The Product Specialist will be responsible for:
- Documenting requirements and supporting on-air scheduling and distribution.
- Gathering insights from scheduling, traffic, and metadata teams to enhance current workflows.
- Participating in sprint ceremonies and supporting QA and UAT cycles.
- Validating system behaviors and investigating issues.
- Supporting daily operations of on-air systems and assisting in root cause analysis.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in media operations or a related technical/analytical role.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Jira, and Confluence.
- Strong communication and attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm for learning product development practices.
- Collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
