Responsibilities:
The Program Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Supporting program operations and conducting onsite reviews (tracking construction progress, gathering updates, reporting status).
- Coordinating scheduling, logistics, and communications for meetings and site visits.
- Using project management tools such as MS Planner and MS Project.
- Maintaining accurate project records and documentation.
- Assisting with program evaluation, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
- 0–3 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- Project management tool experience (preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Adaptability and proactive mindset
- Ability to learn quickly and take initiative
- Team-oriented approach
- Willingness to travel across Long Island
- Commitment to ownership of work and team goals
