Program Coordinator
A top Fortune 50 financial institution is currently seeking a Program Coordinator to support strategic business initiatives from planning through execution. This hybrid opportunity is based in Vienna, VA and focuses on coordinating small to mid-sized programs that impact business unit performance.
About the Opportunity:

Hybrid or Remote: Hybrid – minimum two days per week on-site in Vienna, VA

Shift: Standard business hours

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Hours: 40 hours/week

Responsibilities:
The Program Coordinator will be responsible for:

Supporting the execution of small-scale programs or portions of larger initiatives

Gathering and analyzing performance data to identify opportunities for improvement

Assisting in defining KPIs, goals, and action plans in collaboration with leadership

Coordinating work plans, schedules, deliverables, and training requirements

Managing program documentation and assisting with status updates, budgeting, and risk tracking
Qualifications:
-
2–4 years of experience in program/project coordination or management
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
-
Ability to work across teams and manage multiple priorities
-
Effective written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Desired Skills:
-
4+ years of experience supporting enterprise-level programs
-
PMP, CSM, or similar certification
-
Familiarity with regulatory environments in financial services
-
Experience facilitating change management or continuous improvement initiatives
-
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and guide stakeholders
