About the Opportunity:
- Remote work with occasional travel requirements.
- Schedule: Flexible, with critical periods in November and December.
- Contract duration: 6+ months with a possibility to convert to a permanent role.
- Setting: Support in site openings and operational tasks.
Responsibilities:
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Assisting in planning and executing business projects.
- Maintaining project documentation, including timelines and reports.
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting action items.
- Tracking project milestones and deliverables, addressing issues as they arise.
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure project alignment.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or an administrative role.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Smartsheet).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and build effective relationships with cross-functional teams.
