A leading organization in Cambridge, MA is currently seeking a QC Lab Automation Project Manager. This role involves overseeing a comprehensive Quality Control Laboratory Automation initiative, integrating various systems to enhance lab processes.
About the Opportunity:

- Schedule: 2-3 days onsite weekly
- Hours: Full-time
- Setting: IT Department with collaboration between QC and Lab Automation teams
Responsibilities:
The QC Lab Automation Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading the end-to-end management of the QC Lab Automation initiative.
- Developing and maintaining a cross-functional work plan and timelines.
- Managing dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Establishing program governance and coordinating stakeholder communications.
- Collaborating with relevant teams to ensure the alignment of business and technical solutions.
- Managing the program budget and resource planning.
- Creating and maintaining project documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
- Providing regular updates to executive leadership about program achievements and risks.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in program/project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with GLP and CSV implementations.
- Proficiency in IT systems and software integration.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Attention to detail.
Desired Skills:
- 15+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Certification in project management (PMP, etc.).
- Expertise in laboratory automation technologies.
