QRM Software Developer III (QRM)

A leading financial company in Charlotte, NC is currently seeking a Software Developer III to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a hybrid setting with a mix of remote and onsite work in Charlotte. **About the Opportunity:** - **Hybrid or Remote:** Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) - **Shift:** Regular business hours - **Schedule:** Full-time - **Hours:** 40 hours per week - **Setting:** Corporate office environment in Charlotte, NC **Responsibilities:** The **Software Developer III** will be responsible for: - Managing QRM product including maintenance and improvement of application performance and stability. - Interfacing with business and management to support continuity of business and disaster recovery capabilities. - Troubleshooting new updates and upgrades with the QRM software. - Participating in Agile SCRUM team ceremonies. - Working with project or functional leads in developing use cases, flow diagrams, and performing workflow analysis. - Creating documentation as necessary during all phases of the SDLC. - Understanding business partner requirements and troubleshooting issues as they arise. - Utilizing technical expertise in MS SQL, including reading and writing SQL queries and maintaining SSIS packages. - Creating batch files and scheduled tasks. - Understanding technical concepts and knowledge of all phases of software development including design, coding, testing, debugging, implementation, and support. **Qualifications:** - 5-8+ years of technical expertise with MS SQL. - Strong experience with SQL queries and maintaining SSIS packages. - Basic knowledge of creating batch files and scheduled tasks. - QRM experience is highly preferred. - AWS experience and/or certification(s). - Experience with GitLab or similar CI/CD tools. - Proficient in Windows PowerShell scripting. - Terraform JSON or similar experience. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. **Desired Skills:** - Prior experience with financial systems or similar environments. - Familiarity with analytical tools. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
