A technology organization in Union, NJ is seeking a new Recruiter to join their team. This is a fully onsite contract covering a maternity leave.
About the Opportunity:

- Hours: 8-5pm
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to determine fit.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future openings.
- Coordinate interviews and provide a seamless candidate experience.
- Track and report on sourcing metrics and recruitment progress.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting or sourcing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
- Experience with Paylocity is a plus!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
