Responsibilities:
The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience by managing communications and resolving concerns throughout the interview process.
- Coordinating interviews for various roles using Paradox and spreadsheets, and handling travel arrangements with Navan.
- Acting as a Subject Matter Expert for Paradox and Workday, troubleshooting issues and managing scheduling conflicts.
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and interview panels to coordinate schedules and ensure alignment.
- Supporting HR Shared Services by responding to inquiries and providing guidance on recruitment and employee life cycle processes.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday) and scheduling tools (e.g., Paradox)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
- Customer-service orientation
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
Desired Skills:
- Previous experience in recruiting coordination or HR-related roles
- Familiarity with travel arrangement platforms like Navan
- Ability to act as a SME for recruitment tools
- Experience identifying process inefficiencies and implementing improvements
