About the Opportunity:

  • Hybrid or Remote: Hybrid (4 days on-site, 1 day remote)
  • Shift: Day shift
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: Standard business hours
  • Setting: Dynamic office environment

Responsibilities:

The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience by managing communications and resolving concerns throughout the interview process.
  • Coordinating interviews for various roles using Paradox and spreadsheets, and handling travel arrangements with Navan.
  • Acting as a Subject Matter Expert for Paradox and Workday, troubleshooting issues and managing scheduling conflicts.
  • Collaborating closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and interview panels to coordinate schedules and ensure alignment.
  • Supporting HR Shared Services by responding to inquiries and providing guidance on recruitment and employee life cycle processes.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday) and scheduling tools (e.g., Paradox)
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Customer-service orientation
  • Proven problem-solving skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment

Desired Skills:

  • Previous experience in recruiting coordination or HR-related roles
  • Familiarity with travel arrangement platforms like Navan
  • Ability to act as a SME for recruitment tools
  • Experience identifying process inefficiencies and implementing improvements
