A New York City-based healthcare network is looking to add a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to their group home in Brooklyn.
About the Opportunity:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Assignment Length: Ongoing (Contract to Hire)0
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 7am to 3pm or 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm or 10am 6pm
- Patient Population: Adults (IDD / Medically Fragile)
- Patient Volume: 10 per day
Responsibilities:
- Provide documented oversight of medical appointments and medical issues
- Coordinate and monitor health services as well as signs and symptoms of illness
- Train and oversee all medical systems and document accurate completion of
- Monitor care during medical hospitalizations
- Provide initial and ongoing training in all delegated nursing tasks or functions
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:

NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
Desired Skills:
- 1+ year of Nursing experience
- Experience working with the IDD population
