About the Opportunity:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Assignment Length: Ongoing (Contract to Hire)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm
- Setting: Independent Living Facility
- Patient Population: Adults
Responsibilities:
- Do initial assessments
- Maintain same-day documentation
- Provide the appropriate care according to care plans
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
