A healthcare services organization is looking to add multiple licensed Registered Nurses (RNs) to support a remote health compliance project.
About the Opportunity:
- Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
- Start Date: ASAP (first batch expected to begin early in the second week of June)
- Duration: 2-month contract with potential for extension
- Schedule: Self-scheduled, flexible hours between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST, 6 days/week (40hr/week, 8hr shifts)
Responsibilities:
The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for:
- Reviewing self-health assessments submitted by healthcare personnel
- Ensuring compliance with NYS Department of Health regulations (10 NYCRR § 766.11)
- Collaborating with Nurse Practitioners to assess communicable disease risk and immunization status
- Recommending follow-up actions such as additional assessments or vaccinations
- Conducting virtual health assessments and documentation
- Utilizing provided technology to deliver high-quality care
- Maintaining accurate, confidential records in compliance with privacy laws
- Participating in training and staying current on regulatory updates
Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted RN license in New York State
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Occupational Health or Primary Care
- Strong computer and technology skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
