A Home Health Agency in Lafayette, IN is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their growing team.
About the Opportunity:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Assignment Length: Ongoing (Contract to Hire)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8am to 5pm
Responsibilities:
- Provide care for patients in their homes
- Restore and promote the patient back to their optimal health
- Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure the patient is receiving quality care.
- Travel to patients' homes
Qualifications:
- Dependable vehicle with current auto insurance under the laws of the state.
- Valid Driver's License
- IN State Licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
- CPR Certified
