A health services network in Westchester County, NY is actively seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team at one of their residential facilities.
About the Opportunity:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Assignment Length: Ongoing (Contract to Hire)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm
- Setting: Residential
- Patient Population: Pediatrics with mental and behavioral health challenges
Responsibilities:
- Monitor each child’s health and medical treatment
- Follow up with the medical provider
- Provide support, counseling and training
- Coordinate internal services with outside medical agencies
- Maintain and update all required files and records
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in an Acute, Intensive, and/or Sub-Acute Care role/setting
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Experience working with the Pediatric population
