A Fortune Top 50 financial services company is seeking a highly motivated Requirements Analyst to work hybrid for our client in Vienna, VA or Pensacola, FL. This position involves collaboration with Mortgage teams and stakeholders to develop actionable recommendations and manage product boards and backlogs.

Responsibilities:
The Requirements Analyst will be responsible for:
- Compiling, researching, analyzing, and documenting data, requirements, workflows, and functionality for Mortgage teams.
- Collaborating with Real Estate Lending (REL) Technology and REL Support teams to create, manage, and maintain product boards and backlogs.
- Authoring a wide range of user stories, features, and backlog items, and providing feedback on peer submissions.
- Serving as a liaison between Mortgage Systems & Solutions teams and business stakeholders.
- Conducting thorough requirements analysis and validation to ensure compliance with established standards.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of Requirements Analyst experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Skilled in data querying, reporting, and analysis (e.g., SQL)
- Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies
- Strong understanding of IT solution development and delivery
- Effective planning, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with Navy Federal’s ServiceNow platform
- Preferred: Certifications in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
