Overview:
Our client is looking for a mid-level revenue cycle operations consultant to support the senior advisor in executing operational improvements across Epic HB/PB back-end
workflows. This individual will assist with day-to-day workflow assessments, reporting, and process documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Support the senior consultant with execution of recommendations and initiatives
- Assist in evaluating billing, collections, and posting workflows
- Perform data pulls and Epic report reviews to support findings
- Help document current vs. future state processes
- Provide operational insight and hands-on support for process change
Required Experience
- 5+ years in revenue cycle operations, with specific experience in Epic HB and/or PB
- Strong understanding of billing, collections, and cash posting processes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Experience supporting revenue cycle transformation or optimization projects preferred
- 5+ years of epic experience required, certification a plus
