About the Opportunity:

Responsibilities:
The Sales Cloud Product Owner/BA will be responsible for:
- Equipping sales and customer-facing teams with CRM knowledge and resources.
- Analyzing sales processes and implementing improvements to streamline workflows.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Identifying and documenting technical necessities for projects.
- Implementing and managing sales enablement technologies.
- Documenting processes and updating internal resources.
- Performing product demonstrations and creating user manuals.
- Improving sales efficiency and identifying skill gaps.
- Coordinating Sales Cloud integration with Marketing Cloud Enablement.
- Delivering training programs for platform utilization.
- Maintaining knowledge of Salesforce functionality and updates.
- Analyzing KPIs related to Salesforce usage and sales performance.
- Supporting system administration and conducting audits.
- Evaluating out-of-the-box versus custom solutions.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- None required, though related education in business or tech is beneficial.
- Strong understanding of Sales Cloud CRM.
- Experience with Salesforce features and best practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis and KPIs tracking.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in training and development programs.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
