A recognized media services company is actively seeking a new Sales Cloud Product Owner/BA to join their growing team.

About the Opportunity:

  • Assignment Length: 6+ months (contract with potential for conversion)
  • Setting: Remote (but commutable to New York City or Los Angeles)

Responsibilities:

  • Equip the Sales and potentially other customer-facing teams with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to effectively utilize the CRM system and drive business results
  • Analyze technical parts of sales processes, identifying digital bottlenecks, and implementing improvements to streamline workflows and accelerate sales cycles
  • Ensure that the products and services comply with regulatory, company standards, and customer expectations
  • Identify the technical necessities for potential projects and document the issues and feasibility
  • Implement and manage sales enablement technologies and tools (Sales Cloud CRM
  • Document all processes and update the wiki as needed
  • Perform product demonstrations & produce user manuals
  • Observe and formulate ways of improving sales efficiency
  • Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales and admin teams
  • Communicate and coordinate Sales Cloud changes to the Marketing Cloud Enablement team
  • Communicate and coordinate Sales Cloud integration and data processing requirements with the Marketing Cloud Enablement team for integrated lead capture and scoring
  • Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing users, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to effectively utilize the platform
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Salesforce usage and sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
  • Support system administration and conduct monthly audits of license allocation

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Salesforce-specific BA/Product Owner positions
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce functionality, features, and best practices
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
