A recognized services company is actively seeking a new CRM Analytics Engineer to support and evolve the company’s analytics infrastructure within Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics).
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and troubleshoot data connections between Salesforce CRM Analytics and external systems to ensure reliable and timely data ingestion
- Design, build, schedule, and optimize recipes to transform raw data into analytics-ready datasets using best practices in data modeling and performance tuning
- Architect, configure, and optimize datasets to support dynamic and scalable dashboards and reports
- Design and implement interactive dashboards that provide stakeholders and customers with actionable insights
- Actively participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, including: product backlog refinement; daily stand-ups; and, Sprint planning, reviews & retrospectives
- Work closely with Business Analytics, Product Owners, and other Technical team members to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Document processes, data flows, and architecture as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics)
- Strong skills in Data Modeling, Data Transformation, and Dashboard Development
- Proficiency with Salesforce Data Manager, recipe builder, and SAQL
- Detail and results-oriented
Desired Skills:
- CRMA and Einstein Discovery certification
