A leading enterprise is currently seeking a skilled SAP Product Owner specializing in Entity Management to join their team. This position is based in Englewood Cliffs, NJ, or the NYC office, with flexibility for remote work.

- Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Setting: Corporate offices in the tristate area.
Responsibilities:
The SAP Product Owner (Entity Management) will be responsible for:
- Owning the product roadmap and backlog for legal technology platforms such as Entity Management System, E-Billing Solutions, and Legal-Specific Timekeeping Tools.
- Collaborating with Legal Operations, Finance, and IT to gather and prioritize requirements.
- Ensuring legal timekeeping systems remain distinct and optimized for legal workflows.
- Managing vendor relationships and coordinating with external partners for system implementation and support.
- Leading agile ceremonies and ensuring timely delivery of enhancements and fixes.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in legal or enterprise systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field.
- Familiarity with legal operations tools such as entity management platforms (e.g., Diligent Entities, hCue).
- Strong understanding of legal department workflows and compliance needs.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Desired Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in product ownership or relevant field.
- Agile/Scrum certification (e.g., CSPO).
- Experience with legal tech integrations and data governance.
- Familiarity with legal document management systems (e.g., iManage, NetDocuments).
- Experience working with law firms or in-house legal departments.
