A leading technology firm in New York is currently seeking a skilled SAP Product Owner to join their team. This role focuses on Payroll and Timekeeping systems, ensuring seamless operation and integration.
About the Opportunity:
- Hybrid or Remote: Remote, but requires commuting to NJ/NYC offices as needed.
- Setting: Englewood Cliffs, NJ, or NYC office.
Responsibilities:
The SAP Product Owner will be responsible for:
- Owning the product roadmap and backlog for SAP Payroll and Timekeeping systems.
- Collaborating with Payroll, HR, and Finance teams to gather business requirements.
- Overseeing the implementation and enhancement of SAP U.S. Payroll and related integrations.
- Ensuring compliance with U.S. payroll regulations.
- Partnering with vendors to integrate Salesforce-based solutions with SAP platforms.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with SAP Payroll (U.S.) and Time Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an agile environment.
- Strong understanding of payroll compliance and tax regulations.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Desired Skills:
- Agile/Scrum certification (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO/PM).
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
- Familiarity with third-party timekeeping systems.
- Understanding of data privacy and security standards.
