A leading organization is currently seeking an SAP Product Owner specializing in Talent Acquisition and Performance Management, located in the Englewood Cliffs, NJ or NYC area. This dynamic role focuses on the strategic development and optimization of HR technologies to enhance talent lifecycle processes. **About the Opportunity:** - **Hybrid or Remote:** Remote, but commutable to NJ/NYC offices as needed. - **Shift:** Standard business hours. - **Schedule:** Full-time. - **Hours:** Approximately 40 hours per week. - **Setting:** Professional office environment. **Responsibilities:** The **SAP Product Owner** will be responsible for: - Owning the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Talent Acquisition and Performance Management systems. - Collaborating with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and Compensation teams to gather and prioritize business requirements. - Driving the implementation and enhancement of SmartRecruiters and SAP SuccessFactors modules (Performance & Goals, Compensation). - Leading agile ceremonies and ensuring the timely delivery of high-impact features and system improvements. - Ensuring seamless integration between recruiting, onboarding, performance, and compensation systems. - Monitoring system performance, user adoption, and feedback to inform continuous improvement. - Ensuring compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements. - Providing subject matter expertise and supporting change management, training, and communication efforts. **Qualifications:** - 5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors (especially Performance & Goals, Compensation) and SmartRecruiters or similar ATS. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an agile environment. - Strong understanding of talent acquisition, performance management, and compensation processes. - Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills. **Desired Skills:** - 5+ years of experience. - Agile/Scrum certification (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO/PM). - Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools. - Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding, or Learning modules. - Knowledge of global HR compliance and data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR).
