A leading technology firm in Wilmington, MA, is seeking an experienced AI Agile Delivery Lead for a Hybrid role. This role requires expertise in Agile practices to lead a green agile environment and deliver high-quality AI products.
About the Opportunity:
- Assignment Length: 6+ months
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Standard business
- Setting: Hybrid (at least 3 days a week onsite; Tuesday to Thursday is mandatory)
Responsibilities:
- Leading Agile methodology including sprint ceremonies and Jira maintenance
- Collaborating with management, developers, analysts, and business partners
- Coaching team members on Agile principles and practices
- Removing impediments and blockers to the team’s progress
- Collaborating with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a Software Development or IT environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification
- Proven experience working with cross-functional Agile teams
- Experience in Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
- High emotional intelligence and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Desired Skills:
- Experience in a scaled Agile environment (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)
- Background in Software Development, QA, or Business Analysis
- Experience with remote or distributed Agile teams
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to interpret and use Agile metrics to drive team performance
