A leading organization in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This position involves playing a key role in the Auto Loan sector, focusing on loan origination platforms.
About the Opportunity:
- Hybrid or Remote: Hybrid (3 days onsite – Tuesday-Thursday, 2 days remote)
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Setting: Auto Loan, Technology and Business Interface
Responsibilities:
The Scrum Master will be responsible for:
- Engaging end users and shaping solutions.
- Driving execution in a Scrum environment.
- Facilitating communication between business and tech teams.
- Managing project delivery and timelines.
- Supporting transition from Outsystems to FICO Plor.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Formal Scrum certification preferred.
- Experience with IT business analysis.
- Proficiency in scripting languages.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Ability to adapt and manage multiple tasks.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with formal automation tools.
- Python proficiency is a plus.
- Familiarity with Power Automate.
- Experience managing goal-oriented project delivery.
- Past experience in a similar business and tech-related role.
