About the Opportunity:
- Hybrid or Remote: Primarily remote, with a preference for candidates based in NYC for team meetings.
- Shift: Flexible schedule.
- Schedule: Flexible within business hours, EST ideal.
- Hours: Approximately 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
The Senior AI Architect will be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing AI systems to support legal services.
- Leading AI/ML system architecture and integration.
- Developing and deploying secure, ethical AI solutions.
- Establishing AI governance and compliance frameworks.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML systems.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
- Experience leading technical teams for 2+ years.
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Understanding of LLMs and natural language processing.
- Experience with cloud AI platforms and MLOps.
- Knowledge of AI ethics and responsible AI principles.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
