A consumer products company in New York City is actively seeking a new Senior Product Marketing Manager to join their team. In this role, the Senior Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) process for feature launches, ensuring seamless alignment across marketing, product, content design, analytics, and other key teams.

About the Opportunity:

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Hours: 9am to 5pm

Responsibilities:

  • Define the full scope of new feature launches and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams (marketing, product, engineering, etc.)
  • Determine campaign amplification needs, including intensity and breadth of marketing efforts
  • Establish clear roles, deliverables, and timelines for all involved teams
  • Define research goals to capture user insights through surveys, interviews, and competitive analysis
  • Collaborate with product teams to align research findings with feature positioning and user needs
  • Develop user personas highlighting pain points and opportunities for key segments
  • Create differentiated messaging strategies informed by competitive analysis
  • Finalize creative briefs detailing messaging, target audiences, and channel strategy
  • Lead the development and localization of marketing assets (UA, CRM, ASO, Social, Comms) with design and content teams.
  • Review and approve all assets to ensure alignment with GTM strategy
  • Define adoption testing goals and success criteria for launch readiness
  • Host GTM kick-off meetings and align stakeholders on launch plans
  • Execute feature launches across planned marketing channels, monitoring real-time performance and adjusting strategies as needed
  • Track KPIs (adoption rate, engagement, retention) immediately post-launch
  • Analyze performance data and refine messaging and campaigns for maximum impact

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Consumer Product Marketing
  • Proven success leading GTM strategies for new features or products
  • Strong experience in strategic planning and execution, managing cross-functional alignment from concept to launch
  • Skilled in consumer insights: developing user personas and using data/research to inform marketing strategy
  • Expertise in messaging and positioning for diverse user segments
  • Hands-on experience managing multi-channel campaigns (brand, influencer, CRM, social, ASO) with measurable success
  • Strong analytical skills: defining and tracking KPIs, analyzing results, and optimizing campaigns
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic vision with tactical execution
