A media and entertainment organization is actively seeking a new Senior Project Manager to join their growing B2B Project Management office. As the Senior Project Manager, B2B Creative Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, industry events, and branded content initiatives across our AdTech brands, including AdsWizz, AudioGo, and Simplecast.
About the Opportunity:
- Assignment Length: 6+ months (possibility of extension)
- Hybrid: At least 2 days a week onsite
- Location: Atlanta, GA; Manhattan, NY; or , Oakland, CA
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex creative projects, including industry events, trend reports, playbooks, digital campaigns, social content, and branded video
- Serve as the Operational Lead for strategic campaigns, aligning cross-functional teams on timelines, roles, and project goals
- Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Copywriters, Designers, and Event Managers to deliver high-quality creative work
- Implement and optimize workflow systems (Monday.com, Slack, internal project templates) to drive efficiency and visibility across teams
- Maintain project documentation, develop team playbooks, and establish repeatable processes to improve how work gets done
- Drive adoption of best practices in creative operations and bring a continuous improvement mindset to every project
- Partner with marketing stakeholders to prioritize projects and manage capacity planning across internal and external creative teams
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of related Project Management and/or Creative Operations experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Familiarity with creative formats, production timelines, and agency/vendor workflows
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-channel marketing initiatives and industry events
- Strong understanding of creative workflows, from concept development to final delivery, across formats including: social, video, presentations, and digital content
- Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Desired Skills:
- Experience in a B2B marketing, Media, or Digital Advertising environment
- Experience with Monday.com
- Events Planning background
- Working knowledge of DAM systems
