Responsibilities:
The Scrum Master will be responsible for:
- Leading the Scrum practices and ensuring effective implementation.
- Facilitating meetings and discussions to ensure productive communication.
- Identifying and removing obstacles to project progress.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and define project requirements.
- Coaching team members on Agile methodologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- SAFe Certification
- Expertise in Agile methodologies
- Strong understanding of Scrum framework
- Knowledge of financial industry practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Problem-solving skills
Desired Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Agile roles
- Advanced degree preferred
- Additional certifications in Agile practices
- Experience with Epic software
- Strong interpersonal skills
