A healthcare organization in New York City is looking to add a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to their inpatient child and adolescent mental health facility in Queens on a Part-time basis.
About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Days
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Part-time (15 to 20 hours per week)
- Setting: Inpatient Mental Health
- Patient Population: Adolescent/Pediatric
Responsibilities:
- Perform patient evaluations
- Handle treatment planning and speech therapy
- Provide consultation to staff
- Document evaluations and services provides
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Active NYS Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- NYS teacher of Speech and Hearing Handicapped
- Direct clinical experience working with children/adolescents
