A MA health services network is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their growing team.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (flexible)
- Hours: 8am to 5pm (flexible)
Responsibilities:
- Provide consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers, and other service providers related to the speech disorders
- Evaluate treatment outcomes to assess effectiveness
- Document plan of care and all services provided
- Maintain patient records according to Agency policy
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Speech Therapy
- NJS Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
