A leading technology solutions provider is looking for a Senior Business Analyst (SalesForce) to join their team. This remote position involves partnering with project teams to deliver system capabilities and enhancements for client applications.
About the Opportunity:
- Hybrid or Remote: Fully remote with occasional on-site workshops/training
- Shift: Standard business hours
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Setting: Remote with potential on-site visits
Responsibilities:
The Senior Business Analyst (SalesForce) will be responsible for:
- Eliciting business needs, specifying user stories/use cases
- Evaluating system impacts and performing detailed analysis
- Prioritizing business requests
- Collaborating with team members for successful delivery of system enhancements
- Facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT) and providing feedback
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in systems analysis and design
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related majors
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification (preferred)
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Proficiency in SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodology
- Experience in Jira and documenting requirements
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects
Desired Skills:
- Experience in the Manufacturing Industry
- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
- Experience with visually modeling requirements
