Tandym Group has several immediate fully remote contract opportunities for Sr. Epic Revenue Integrity Analysts with a health system in Wisconsin. This role involves a mix of Production Revenue Integrity Analyst work and mentoring junior analysts.

Responsibilities:
The Sr. Epic Revenue Integrity Analyst will be responsible for:
- Performing Production Revenue Integrity Analyst tasks with a focus on Work Queues in the Epic system.
- Mentoring junior analysts through shadowing sessions over MS Teams.
- Reviewing and answering questions on WQ items.
- Conducting walkthroughs of charge scenarios and Revenue Guardian work.
- Identifying areas for improvement in revenue processes.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Epic Revenue Integrity roles.
- Experience within a large hospital or integrated healthcare delivery system.
- Minimum of 5 years of HB and PB experience.
- Proficient in Epic Revenue Guardian module.
- Strong understanding of charges, CDM, and life of a charge.
- Skilled in working down Work Queues in Epic system (Claim Edits, DNB, Mostly Charge Review).
- Experience with A/R, Claims, Billing, Collections, or Follow-Up, or Clinical Experience.
- Experience handling insurance appeals and denials.
Desired Skills:
- Prior experience mentoring junior resources is highly advantageous.
- Epic Certifications preferred (CDM, Resolute Hospital Billing, Professional Billing).
- Knowledge of CPT & HCPCs coding guidelines.
- Revenue Cycle certifications such as CRCR.
- Any experience in training is a plus.
