Staff Assistant
A Fortune 50 financial services company is seeking a highly motivated Staff Assistant for our client in the Pensacola, FL area.
Overview:
- Seeking a Staff Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our client.
- In this role, you will play a key part in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly through scheduling, coordination, and documentation, while also assisting with troubleshooting and customer service needs.
- The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct administrative support to executive-level leadership, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and coordination of logistics.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring professional and timely responses.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving basic hardware and software issues.
- Maintain organized documentation, reports, and records to support compliance and operational efficiency.
- Support customer service needs by responding to requests and helping resolve issues.
- Proactively manage multiple priorities while ensuring deadlines are met.
Qualifications:
- 2–3+ years of experience in an administrative, executive support, or staff assistant role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and strong attention to detail.
- Experience providing direct support to leadership or executive-level staff.
- Knowledge of basic hardware/software troubleshooting and proficiency with office tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar).
- Customer service mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
