A community-based outpatient mental health program is seeking a Substance Abuse Specialist to join its Assertive Community Treatment team. This is a clinical role providing recovery-focused, harm-reduction services to individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Direct client services
- Clinical documentation and assessments
- Administrative and team support
Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counseling
- Bachelor level CASACs without a master’s may be considered based on experience
- Solid assessment and documentation skills
