About the Opportunity:
- Hybrid or Remote: Hybrid — minimum two days a week in the office, usually Wednesday and Thursday.
- Shift: Regular business hours.
- Schedule: Full-time.
- Setting: Profe ssional services environment with a focus on engineering.
Respon sibilities:
The Systems Engineer will be responsible for:
- Managing next-level technical escalations as an L3 support.
- Perf orming systems engineering tasks with a strong focus on Azure cloud and Windows expertise.
- Developing and utilizing scripting skills for system automation and efficiency.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address technical issues and support solutions.
- Communicating complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders and executiv es.
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of ex perience in escalation and support roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Info rmation Technology, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Azure cloud, Windows, and M icrosoft environments.
- Proficient in scripting, virtualization (VMware), and Active D irectory management.
- Experience with system performance monitoring and incident manag ement.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across team s.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with DevOp s methodologies is a plus.
- Certifications in Microsoft or Azure technologies preferre d.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to manage p rojects and deliver on time.
- Advanced knowledge in networking and system security wou ld be advantageous.
