We’re seeking an experienced Tax Accounting Manager(CPA required) to lead client engagements, supervise staff, and deliver high-quality tax services. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years as a Senior Staff Associate and 6 busy seasons under their belt.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and review tax engagements from planning to completion
- Supervise and mentor staff and senior associates
- Serve as a technical expert and key client contact
- Ensure compliance with firm policies and professional standards
- Identify opportunities to expand client services
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and realization goals
- Support internal training, evaluations, and CPE compliance
Requirements:
- Active CPA license
- Strong tax technical skills and communication ability
- Proven leadership and client relationship experience
