An innovative company in Charlotte, North Carolina is currently seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to join their team. This position involves managing large-scale IT projects and driving strategic initiatives within the organization's cloud infrastructure.
About the Opportunity:
- Hybrid or Remote: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
- Shift: Standard business hours
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Setting: Corporate office and remote
Responsibilities:
The Technical Delivery Manager will be responsible for:
- Providing hands-on leadership with application teams to define infrastructure requirements and conduct gap assessments.
- Driving migration planning and identifying risk mitigations for migration issues.
- Assisting in building infrastructure pipelines and training application teams on processes.
- Refining app engagement processes to optimize efforts.
- Overseeing migration events and conducting pre/post-validation.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of technical experience in Project Management/Delivery in an enterprise IT environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
- Experience with managing large IT projects.
- Proficiency in Agile delivery methodology, including JIRA and Scrum.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Technical background with experience in Gitlab and Terraform.
- Excellent communication skills across stakeholder groups.
- Ability to deliver high-quality solutions and develop process improvements.
- Superior interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Desired Skills:
- 5+ years of relevant experience
