This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead state-of-the-art AI projects. **About the Opportunity:** - **Hybrid or Remote:** Remote Work with Travel to Maitland for Key Meetings - **Shift:** Standard Business Hours - **Schedule:** Full-time - **Hours:** 40 Hours/Week - **Setting:** Professional Remote Environment **Responsibilities:** The **Technical Lead AI Engineer** will be responsible for: - Leading the design and architecture of AI solutions using Microsoft Azure tools, including Azure AI, Azure Cloud, Power BI, and Fabric. - Developing and deploying machine learning models and large language models (LLMs) to address complex business challenges. - Overseeing the integration and management of data from diverse sources to ensure quality and consistency. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing technical leadership and mentorship. - Optimizing AI models for performance, scalability, and reliability. - Staying current with advancements in AI and machine learning technologies and incorporating them into organizational strategy. **Qualifications:** - 5-10 years of technical experience with a minimum of 3-5 years in AI architecture, machine learning, and data science. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Proficiency in Microsoft Azure tools, including Azure AI, Azure Cloud, Power BI, and Fabric. - Strong experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries. - Expertise in developing and deploying large language models (LLMs). - Knowledge of data integration and management best practices. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. - Leadership and mentorship experience. **Desired Skills:** - 10 years of experience in relevant technical fields. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related. - Proficiency in additional tools such as OpenAI, Fabric, and automation technologies. - Strong project management skills. - Effective communication and leadership abilities to drive team collaboration.
