A recognized services company in New Jersey is actively seeking a new Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end large complex SAP/SuccessFactors implementations across multiple modules such as Employee Central (EC, ECP), Onboarding (ONB1.0, ONB2.0), and Recruiting (RCM, RMK).
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with clients to oversee large-scale implementations
- Maintain timelines, implementation milestones, scope and deliverables for multiple projects
- Budgeting, communicating statuses with clients and communication plans
- Serve as the primary liaison between the client, project team and AspireHR
- Conduct internal project review meetings and act as a project information source
- Lead an internal project team, monitor team tasks and progress based on agreed timelines
- Monitor all lifecycle project deliverables to ensure quality is maintained
- Monitor progress and ensure that the project is delivered on time, within scope and within budget
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans and reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrates understanding of the integration points with other HR systems and modules
- Experience managing project teams and/or outside vendors across multiple locations and geographies
- Demonstrates understanding of the integration points with other HR systems and modules
- Strong analytical and persuasive skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability
Desired Skills:
- At least 3 years hands-on experience being a Project Manager on SAP Payroll or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations
- Strong experience as a Payroll Consultant
- Experience with projects in the SuccessFactors SaaS space
- Knowledge, experience, and current SAP SuccessFactors certifications in more than one talent module, in addition to Employee Central Payroll, Employee
