A Fortune 50 financial services company is seeking a highly motivated Technical Writer to join their growing team.
***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite at least 2 days a week at one of the company’s locations: Winchester, VA or Pensacola, FL.***
Responsibilities:
- Write and edit a range of content including technical documentation, internal manuals, and engagement communications for Member Service Representatives (MSRs)
- Update and maintain the QS eNet landing page and related content
- Rework and clean up the QS Manual, converting legacy content into searchable pages
- Archive outdated eNet and SharePoint documents to maintain a clean, efficient document library
- Transition legacy forms in SharePoint to Nintex workflows
- Enhance the QS Leave Calendar and improve user experience across digital content platforms
- Use video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) to support internal training or engagement needs
- Coordinate with stakeholders to assess content needs and ensure updates are accurate, relevant, and aligned with business goals
- Apply critical thinking to prioritize content updates based on impact, risk, and usability
- Negotiate deadlines and manage deliverables independently
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Asana, and Adobe Experience Manager
- Intermediate to advanced video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong writing skills—both technical (procedures, manuals) and creative (engagement messaging)
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Adobe Firefly or similar creative tools
- Familiarity with Nintex Forms
- Experience managing internal documentation systems and digital content platforms
