A healthcare network in New York City is looking to fill an immediate need at one of their Brooklyn facilities with the addition of a new Timekeeping Coordinator.
About the Opportunity:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Department: Human Resources
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm (35 hours/week - 1 hour lunch)
Responsibilities:
The Timekeeping Audit Clerk:
- Reviews information in UKG Kronos Timekeeping System, and completes accurate weekly, bi-weekly and monthly time and attendance audit assignments
- Researches and troubleshoots discrepancies and exceptions
- Provides secondary support to timekeeping lead
- Responds to inquiries and provides information to employees, former employees and supervisors
- Responds to Kronos Timekeeping inquiry e-mails and telephone calls, and researches and resolves issues, problems and concerns presented in timely manner
- Researches and completes Historical Edits
- Able to work with a sense of urgency and work effectively under pressure.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Timekeeping or Payroll experience
- Prior Experience with a Timekeeping or Payroll application
- High School Diploma /GED
- Computer savvy
- Microsoft Office Suite proficient; knowledgeable in utilizing spreadsheet applications
- Solid problem solving and time management skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail; Excellent data entry skills
- High standard of accuracy
- Highly organized
Desired Skills:
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of Timekeeping or Payroll experience
- Working knowledge of Kronos of PeopleSoft
