A clinically integrated network is actively seeking licensed Urologists to join their growing team in the Brevard County area.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday standard business hours
- Call: 7 days a month with option to pick up additional call for extra pay
- Setting: 2-3 days in the OR or ASC and 2-3 days in the clinic
- Support: Advance Practice Providers
- Compensation: highly competitive compensation package with no cap + bonus opportunities
Responsibilities:
The Urologist will:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' medical histories, symptoms, and physical examinations to diagnose urological conditions
- Ordering, performing, and interpreting various diagnostic tests such as urinalysis, blood tests, imaging studies (e.g., ultrasound, CT scans, MRIs), cystoscopies, and biopsies
- Developing individualized treatment plans based on diagnostic findings
- Conducting a variety of surgical procedures to treat urological conditions
- Providing ongoing care and monitoring for chronic urological conditions such as urinary incontinence, erectile dysfunction, and chronic kidney disease
- Educating patients and their families about urological conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures
- Keeping accurate and detailed medical records, including patient histories, test results, treatment plans, and follow-up notes
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Unrestricted FL Medical license (or the ability to obtain one)
- Completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited Urology Residency
- Board Certified / Eligible in Urology through ABU or AOA
- Robotics experience is required
